Originally established as a family business in 1976, Ristorante Da Angelo is a gourmet paradise, offering a gastronomic experience ranging from exquisite Umbrian dishes passed down through generations to international specialties. For many years, our passion for good food, expertly prepared, and the pleasure of fine dining have guided us in our pursuit of excellence. Open to everyone, our restaurant boasts a comprehensive menu featuring the finest products from our region. We pay special attention to our vegetarian and vegan guests, as well as those suffering from coeliac disease or other food intolerances. Our prestigious wine cellar features some of the most renowned Umbrian and Italian wine labels.
LAND-BASED SPECIALTIES
At Ristorante Da Angelo in Foligno, one of our most popular starters is the Madia: a colourful and fragrant platter of cured meats, traditional cheeses and toasted bread that delights the eye even before the palate. Most of the fresh pasta we offer is handmade and served with farm-style ragù, black truffle or crispy pork cheek, creating a combination of flavours that will delight your senses. The rich character of our meats, served roasted or grilled and paired with the red wines from our cellar, harmoniously complements hearty side dishes such as porcini mushrooms, or fresher, lighter options such as rocket and cherry tomatoes, ensuring appetising dishes in every season.
